In 2007 the Baumer group completed the acquisition of Bourdon Haenni including Bourdon Sedeme, Kamstrup Process, Haenni Instruments and Piron Prozesstechnik. As a result of the acquisition, MGA Controls are now a distributor for the entire Baumer range of products.
